Draftsman for R14 and Draftsman for R2000 are 32 bit raster to vector conversion programs that are fully integrated into AutoCAD running under Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME and XP. The 32 bit performance makes raster to vector conversion of D and E size drawings very fast and the tight integration allows Draftsman to vectorize all black and white raster formats that AutoCAD supports.

Draftsman for R14/Draftsman for R2000 has an improved conversion Preferences screen so that users can now create a LIST of their own preset sets of preferences, enabling the user to pick the desired set by name. For example, there may be preset, named, parameters for conversion of TOPOgraphic maps, FLOOR plans and LOGOS.
